Therapy or coaching? What's the best option for me?
Of course it’s up to you to decide if you want to work with a therapist or a coach. However, therapy is generally best-suited for individuals with mental health conditions that require treatment (e.g. depression, schizophrenia, eating disorders). Coaching is best-suited for individuals who function at ordinary levels, and want help getting to a specific goal. Please note that I don’t work with individuals with untreated mental health conditions.
